This is the best ghee I've ever had. Have you ever noticed when you open a bottle of ghee, this smell of burnt butter wafts up from the jar? I don't know about you but my body says NO! Don't eat that! It's burnt!

But there are so many health benefits to ghee. So I kept trying different brands, just in case one could work for me.

Well, I stumbled across a woman who lives in Mexico who learned the time-honored techniques of how to make cultured ghee at the lowest temperature possible to preserve the natural antioxidants... and yet clarify so all the lactose and casein is removed. The result is a super-pure, delicious milk oil rich in antioxidants.

Finally, a ghee that makes my body say Yes!

It's great to cook with but I prefer to treat it like a superfood. I love high-quality fats. I can eat butter straight. LOL. So, my favorite way to eat this ghee is to grab a spoonful in one hand, and a spoonful of bee pollen in the other hand, and eat a little of one, and a little of the other, mixing just the right proportions in my mouth for a delicious treat that makes my gut feel amAZing!!
